When "Shut Down" is chosen, your Macintosh will be shut down when all pending synchronization is completed. This means that you can set any of your Synchronize! Pro documents to Shut Down, and once all copying is completed, your Mac shuts down.

"Shut Down" will override any other completion option in another document.
